How do I update my Apple Health activities
Try to carry your phone with you when you walk to update your steps accurately.  To add more activities, follow these easy instructions:
  • Open the Health app on your iPhone and tap on the Health Data tab.

  • Swipe down to bring up the search bar, then type in Workouts. (You can also find Workouts in the Activity section, but this way is faster.)
  • Tap the + in the upper right corner and choose your activity type, then enter the number of calories and the start and stop times.

  • When you’re finished, tap Add.
